Support Workers

With long term health conditions and low mood/anxiety coming hand in hand, this CBT-based life skills course can help those affected learn that their life is more important than their illness.

These resources have been developed by Dr Chris Williams, a well-known and respected Psychiatrist and current President of the BABCP. The Reclaim Your Life course is based on an approach that is widely recommended across health and social care settings in the UK and overseas. Find out About the Author
